Viceprezident Spojených států amerických je druhým nejvyšším představitelem USA a podle ústavy USA je předsedou Senátu USA, právo na hlasování má pouze v případě rovnosti hlasů. Pravomoce v úřadu viceprezidenta jsou omezené.
