3D is the fourth album by TLC, released on November 12, 2002 via Arista Records, just a few months after the accidental death of rapper Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes. It was certified Platinum by the RIAA and sold just over 681,000 copies in the U.S. It was said before the album was released that Lisa was all over the cd, but when it was released she was only on 4 tracks; there is a chance that whoever picked the track listing didn't choose the tracks recorded with Lisa, which is the exact thing that happened with Fanmail.
