Andrew Bishop

Andrew Bishop (born 7 August 1985) is a Welsh rugby union footballer who plays for the Ospreys at centre, usually inside centre.
He was a stalwart of the Wales Under 21 Grand Slam victory in 2005, following in the footsteps of Ospreys centre Gavin Henson, who won the same prize in 2003.
He is widely regarded as a very talented young back. His positioning and reading of the game, not to mention his ability to apply pressure and charge-down clearance kicks from mediocre opposition, are renowned.
He has scored 2 tries in 7 appearances during the Celtic League in the 2005-2006 season, both against Irish province Leinster.
He has made one appearance in the newly revamped Powergen Cup, coming on to play left wing early in the game against Gloucester.
