These are the roots of trees, O monks, these are empty huts. Meditate, do not be negligent, lest you regret it later.

[edit] Andkaha
Hi! This is Andkaha (talk • contribs).
Andkaha is the concatenation of parts of my first and last name, an interesting username generated by some user name algorithm at the univeristy I studied at once upon a time, and it kinda stuck with me.
Professionally, I'm a computer scientist turned bioinformatician, currently employed by a european bioinformatics institute. There, I do data integration within a large Europe-wide collaboration project. I mainly tend to care about distributed genomic annotations of very varying kinds and flavours.
Whenever life permits, I meditate, read, or play with my computers, trying to provoke them into doing new and interesting things. When everything else fails, I sleep, mostly without dreaming.
