Australian-Croatian Soccer Tournament

The Australian-Croatian Soccer Tournament was started in 1974 in Melbourne, Australia with only six soccer clubs participating at Melbourne Croatia's ground in Essendon. Former National Soccer League clubs such as the Melbourne Croatia and Sydney Croatia as well as state league sides such as the Adelaide Raiders and St. Albans Saints entering sides. In 2006, the 32nd tournament was held in Sydney. (1) The winners of the mens competition were Sydney United, and the winners of the womens competition were Canberra Deakin who won 3 - 0.
The tournament is organized by the Croatian Soccer Federation of Australia and New Zealand.
