Haji Bismaullah is a citizen of Afghanistan, who was held in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, in Cuba.[1]
According to the list of Guantanamo detainees the Department of Defense released on May 15, 2006 Bismullah was from Baghran District.[1] His detainee ID number is 960.

Bismaullah was transferred from Guantanamo before the initiation of the Combatant Status Review Tribunals began.
