Claude Bisson

Claude Bisson (born May 9, 1931 in Trois-Rivières, Quebec) is a retired Canadian Judge of the Quebec Court of Appeal and a former Communications Security Establishment Commissioner.
In 1998, he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada "for his tremendous humanity and his tireless efforts to ensure the orderly administration of justice". [1]
