Corr na Móna

Corr na Móna is a thinly populated area in the Gaeltacht of north County Galway. The eastern edge of the area comes down to the shores of the Corrib while the western edge broders the scenic upland area of An Mám. The well known Teachta Dála Éamon Ó Cuív lives in Corr na Móna and is currently (2006) the government minister for the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs.
