El Paso County Constable

The El Paso County Constable is an elected Peace Officer under the Texas State Law. The El Paso County Constable is the chief process server of the Justice Court. This position has statewide jurisdiction regarding criminal process and county-wide jurisdiction in the execution of civil process. The Constable also acts to maintain the peace and good order in the precincts of the county, arrest offenders violating state penal code, and interfere without warrant to prevent and suppress crime in the precincts of the county.
