FC Ashdod is an Israeli football club, playing in the port city of Ashdod. In the 2005-06 season the club played in the qualifying rounds of the UEFA Cup.

The team is the union of two city clubs of "Hapoel Ashdod" and " Ironi Ashdod". The colors are red and yellow. The home ground is the Yud-Alef Stadium with 8500 spectators capacity.
