Florentino Ameghino Partido is a partido in the north-west of Buenos Aires Province in Argentina.
The provincial subdivision has a population of about 8,000 inhabitants in an area of 1,824km², and its capital city is Ameghino, which is located around 430km from Buenos Aires.

Florentino Ameghino Partido is named after Argentinian naturalist, paleontologist, anthropologist and zoologist, Florentino Ameghino (September 18, 1854 – August 6, 1911).
