Harland & Wolff Welders is a Northern Ireland football club playing in the IFA Intermediate League. The club, founded in 1965, hails from Belfast and plays its home matches at Tillysburn Park. The club was formed by the welders of the nearby Harland & Wolff shipyard.
At present the Welders have a small clubroom/bar at their ground in Tillysburn Park, Holywood Road but also have one of the biggest and well run social clubs in Northern Ireland at 18-20 Dee Street, just off the Newtownards Road, Belfast. The ground is nicknamed 'The Metalworks' or 'Tinsel Ground' which is a another name for Hollywood, as the stadium is located on Holywood Road.
Club colours are amber and black and sponsored by Capital Hygiene and their away kit is navy blue and white and is sponsored by Prestige Property Repairs. The current manager is Tommy Leeman having succeeded Eric Halliday who recently announced his retirement from the game following a long and distinguished career.
