Jolt gum
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jolt gum is a chewing gum, from the makers of Jolt Cola, that is meant to give energy and contains caffeine, guarana and ginseng. 2 pieces contain an amount of caffeine equivalent to a cup of coffee. 1 piece has the equivalent of a cola such as Pepsi. It's used as an on-the-go energy booster that doesn't require the attention of a bottle or can.
It comes in both spearmint and icymint flavors and has 12 pieces per pack, the equivalent of 6 cups of coffee, per pack.
It is sold in many big box retailers and convenience stores, including Kmart and 7-Eleven.
At the candy show in Chicago, Jolt said they were also going to make Jolt Mints.
Jolt Gum offers scholarships called the "Chew More Do More" Scholarships. They give 10 $1,000 scholarships each year.
