Kristian Commons (born in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire on 30th August 1983) is a tricky winger who currently plays for Nottingham Forest.
Kristian Commons, a life long Forest fan, joined the Reds at the start of the 2004 season from Stoke City. He started he career with the Potters as a trainee and made 20 starts and just over 20 substitute appearances. Stoke did not know of the potential that Commons had when he was transferred to Forest for £300,000.
The skillful winger, who has the ability to score great goals, was quickly dubbed the new Andy Reid by fans and has made over 50 appearances, scoring 15 goals, most of them rather spectacular.
Despite sometimes being an inconsistent performer, who is sometimes called fat because of his stocky physique, he is still said to be one of Forests best players and has recently attracted the interest of Championship clubs like Birmingham City.
Kris was educated at Quarrydale School, Sutton-In-Ashfield.
