Lock-Up also exists in the DC comics continuity. I'd add this, but I really don't know much about him other than that he was given control of Blackgate Prison by Batman during the No Man's Land storyline to keep the prisoners in line. Batman gave Nightwing the charge of taking Blackgate back from Lock-Up. 204.69.40.7 17:07, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
