Marc Harper is a graduate student of mathematics at UIUC.
Current major mathematical interests: Pure: algebraics; specifically: category theory, homological algebra, commutative algebra; algebraic geometry, algebraic topology, homotopy theory; Applied: dynamical systems, evolutionary game theory
As far as category theory, I am primarily interested in the connections between fields via category theory. Also: topos theory, model categories, and more.
Others: Biological evolution and all things evolutionary, such as memetics and evolutionary models of culture and the social sciences.
