Millesimo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Savona in the Italian region Liguria, located about 60 km west of Genoa and about 25 km northwest of Savona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,306 and an area of 15.9 km2.[1]
The municipality of Millesimo contains the frazione (subdivision) Acquafredda.
Millesimo borders the following municipalities: Cengio, Cosseria, Murialdo, Osiglia, Pallare, Plodio, and Roccavignale.
