Paul Woods

Paul Woods (born April 12, 1955, in Hespeler, Ontario, Canada) was a professional ice hockey forward in the National Hockey League. Selected off waivers, he played his career with the Detroit Red Wings, serving as the team's captain. In 501 games, Woods scored 72 goals and 124 assists. After retirement, Paul Woods joined the Red Wings' radio broadcasts as its color commentator. Currently lives in Waterford, MI.
