Phil M. Donnelly

Phil Matthew Donnelly (March 16, 1891 - September 12, 1961) was a two-term Governor of Missouri. He was a Democrat.

Donnelly was born in Lebanon, Missouri in 1891. He was a member of Missouri state house of representatives. Then he became a member of the Missouri state senate. He was the governor from 1945 to 1949, and again from 1953 to 1957. He died on September 12, 1961 and is buried in Kennett, Missouri
