ponyboy was a graduate student in French literature but is taking a year off and doing a masters in sociology in Paris. ponyboy also loves wikipedia, has benefitted from it, and thinks knowledge, being always already political, should also be always already free.
ponyboy habite à paris, est dixneuvièmiste et se spécialise en les rougon-macquart d'émile zola, et enseigne les langues et la littérature depuis 5 ans. il court, mais pas trop, et surtout après le bus le matin. il mange d'habitude au moins 2 croissants par jour. il s'engage beaucoup dans le développement pédagogique et voilà pourquoi il est là.
i am a native speaker of english, have near-native fluency in french, and some writing proficiency in italian. can contribute articles in french and english (with about the same amount of typos). *grin*
