From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
San Jose Frogs are an American soccer team, founded in 2006. The team is a member of the USL Premier Development League, the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and play in the Southwest Division against teams from Bakersfield, Fresno, Lancaster, CA, Glendora, CA, Orange County, Granada Hills, San Francisco, and La Mirada.
The Frogs play their home matches at the Police Athletic League Stadium – better known as PAL Stadium - in the city of San Jose, California. Following the relocation of the San Jose Earthquakes Major League Soccer franchise to Houston, the Frogs enjoyed considerably larger-than-average attendances during their inaugural season in the NPSL. The team's colors are red and black.
