[edit] SWA Championships
SWA has commissioned three active titles since its inception. These include:
NWA Scottish Heavyweight Championship: A title commissioned by the National Wrestling Alliance's UK office which acts as SWA's primary title. This belt was first held by Conscience before it was vacated due to injury, and later claimed by Eric Canyon in a brutal cage match against Majik.
Canyon's second reign was started in the Battlezone when the title, then held by Majik, became a live title in a 30-man battle royal. As of the 2006 Battlezone on September 16, Canyon is still the champion.
Challengers to this title have included popular Midlands star White Tiger, A List talents Falcon and Micken, Chris Renfrew, Sinners William Grange, Chris Charizma and Total Annihilation, NWA UK's hard hitting Johnny Moss and others, including Conscience and Andy Hogg. The current number one contender is Adam Shame.
SWA T Division Championship: Often wrongly seen as a trainee title, the T Division Trophy was designed to highlight young talent who wouldn't get the splotlight elsewhere. The T stands for 'T(hree) years or under', meaning only those with less than three years can hold the title.
The title has been held by the likes of Jonny Milla, William Grange, Micken, Raging Bull and more, including White Tiger and WWE Tryout star Darren Lewis. The current champion is Chris Renfrew.
Fans speculate that there is a curse to the title, as champions often lose the trophy on its first defense.
SWA Tag Team Championship: The Lowlanders were titled the first champions at Rebirth 2: Battlezone by fighting their way through Total Annihilation. Other contenders in the tournament were Perfectly Natural, Team Canada, NWA Ireland, the now disbanded Gothika, and The Ladykillers. More teams formed to challenge for the belts including MEAT Inc, The Shamrockers and UK famous T2K.
The current champions are The Ladykillers, Chris Renfrew and Chris Charisma, who defeated former champions The Shamrockers, (Damian O'Conor and Pete O'Neil) at Call to Arms.

[edit] The Sinners
The Sinners were a demonic group that formed on the debut show of SWA, Rebirth.
The first incarnation of the Sinners was led by Conscience and included Hatred, Adam Shame, Draevyn and Chris Charizma. Later Chris Renfrew and William Grange were added to the mix. The group claimed titles in SWA and beyond, including the 3 Count Wrestling Championship, SWA T-Division Championship, NWA UK Central Counties Championship and more including SWA's primary title the NWA Scottish Heavyweight Championship.
Slowly the Sinners began to fall as Eric Canyon challenged them for the NWA Scottish title. Conscience was booked to defend the title against Canyon in a cage match, but due to career threatening injury the night offered to substitute the title to Canyon. Draevyn took possession of the belt and forced Conscience out of the Sinners, claiming to have found someone to take Conscience's place in the title match.
That night the second incarnation of the Sinners emerged as Majik was revealed as their new leader. This was an injection of life, but his leadership led to their downfall as Majiks obsession with ending an eight year feud with Conscience tore the Sinners apart.
With members dropping one by one, Majik declared that the Sinners were dead once they turned away from him.
[edit] The A List
The A List are a relatively new faction in SWA. They formed in January 2006 consisting of the best group of talent pulling together to suit their individual needs. Included in this faction are:
Falcon Part of the A Lists arrogance comes from being secure in the knowledge that they are truly better than anyone else. Though while the others have an alternative edge, Falcon is the personification of style and class in the mainstream culture of today's society.
Since first stepping into the ring, Falcon has been a natural talent. With a background in athletics the young star quickly adapted to the risky high flying technique he shows off today. He is without a doubt one of the best high flyers in the UK today and won't be shy in showing off why.
Being allied with Cage Tyler and now the A List gives Falcon an added advantage in matches and backup from all the jealous backlash he receives.
The highlight of his career came on October 1st 2005 when he won his first title, the NWA-UK Junior Heavyweight Championship in the main event of SWA's Ascension in Bellshill. His reign was short, but it brought Falcon's attitude to the next level and proved he is championship materia
KG Tyler Viewed on by the locker room as the resident 'rock star' of the company, Tyler has brought his anti-authority attitude into SWA, disrespecting officials and making up his own rules as time passes by. His elitist and arrogant attitude has also made him the perfect icon of self indulgence.
Tyler aligned himself with Falcon in late 2004 to give his friend an unpredictable advantage while in his corner. Despite a difference in styles and personality, these two compliment each other well with Falcon as a refined high flyer and Tyler as a chaotic brawler.
Tyler is a founding member of the A List along with Falcon, T2K and Gothika and hopes the unit will benefit all of its members and that his ruthless attitude will get both him and his allies what they want in 2006.
What does Tyler want? No one can really tell, though it's more than obvious that his ego demands the spotlight and that together with the A List he will make sure the spotlight will aalways be on them.
T2K T2K made an instant impression on SWA crowds when they jumped the barriers after the Lowlanders first sucsessful tag title defence and stole the SWA Tag Team Championship. The Lowlanders soon regained their property, but in their first official match in SWA, T2K defeated the Lowlanders to become tag team champions.
Wolfgang and Darkside's team has fastly become one of the most recognised in the UK today and the duo have worked across the UK for various promotions both in tag and singles action.
Darkside has even found himself in a battle with fellow A List member Falcon in singles action at 3CW.
T2K are the only team in the UK to have held both the BCW and SWA tag team championship title's and had a sucsessful run in BCW as champions before being dethroned by the monster team of Pain Inc.
Alice At Retribution 2 when T2K and Gothika showed their alliance by beating down the Lowlanders, Falcon and Tyler were next to show their union and alongside them was a mysterious blonde.
She announced that they were the A List, and that in 2006 they would run riot and take control.
Gothika Since SWA's ineception Gothika has been a popular feature in the tag team division. They have had fans on their feet as soon as they step through the curtain and every time have left fans begging for more.
But despie their popularity their tag career remains undistinguished. The team ran into the tag team title tournament with all the confidence in the world and the fans behiond them but were knocked out in the first round by Adam Shame and Hatred.
The team surprised the fans when they turned their backs on them and revealed themselves as a part of the A List. Now with a new life injected into them and the backing of their allies Gothika hope to climb the ladder in the tag team division and make a better name for themselves inside SWA.
Later on, Micken was revealed to be a new member of the A List after losing his T Division trophy to Darren Lewis.
[edit] SWA's Wrestling School: Area 52
In association with NWA-UK Hammerlock, the Scottish Wrestling Alliance hosts its own professional wrestling training school sessions from its own facility, Area 52, based in Linwood outside Paisley.
The school teaches the art of professional wrestling with the aim of giving you the talent and knowledge to one day compete in a wrestling ring. SWA has brought stars such as William Grange, CJ Hunter, Falcon, Jonny Milla and others into the wrestling world and already they've made waves in SWA and elsewhere! No matter your size or shape, SWA can give you an education and a foot in the door of pro wrestling
Leading the training is Conscience; The man who in two years destroyed the Hammerlock roster and was picked to attend the WWE's developmental talent scout camp at OVW in 2003. Conscience is skilled in several martial arts and carries black belts in jeet kune do, combat sombo and taekwondo. Trained in pro wrestling by Hammerlock's Andre Baker, Conscience is a former NWA and SCW Scottish Heavyweight Champion, and has held both singles and tag titles over the UK. He has also fought across the US and Canada - competing for the second most prestigious title in the National Wrestling Alliance, the NWA National Championship in October 2005.
Conscience is also a fully qualified, fully insured instructor. Assisting him will be Hammerlock trained Eric 'The Fist' Canyon (the current NWA Scottish Heavyweight Champion) and Adam Shame who will work alternating sessions. Guest instructors can also include inaugural NWA-UK Champion Jonny Moss, the impressive MPW main eventer and longest running NWA-UK Junior Heavyweight Champion Majik and other guests when available.
