Signature Tower

Signature Tower is a planned mixed-use skyscraper to be built in Nashville, Tennessee. When completed, it will contain condominiums, office space, a Hotel Palomar,[1] and retail space. The building will have 65 stories[2] and will stand 1,057 feet (322 meters) in height,[3] making it one of the tallest buildings in the United States and the tallest in the Americas outside of New York and Chicago (surpassing Bank of America Plaza in Atlanta).[4]
Signature Tower is being developed by Giarratana LLC at an estimated cost of $300 million.[3] Groundbreaking is currently scheduled for January 2007. The building will be located at the southwest corner of Church Street and Fifth Avenue North.[2] Giarratana announced July 18, 2006 that it had slated Turner Construction Co. of New York to complete the project.[5]
