Thomas J. Meskill

Thomas Joseph Meskill Jr. (born 1928) was governor of Connecticut from 1971 to 1975 and United States Representative from 1967 to 1971 Mayor of the City of New Britain, Connecticut 1962 to 1964. Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit 1975 to present. He currently lives in Berlin, Connecticut.
