Photo by Art Kane, April 5, 1968. The monument in the background is purportedly Grant's Tomb in New York City, but no matching frieze is shown at the tomb's website. In fact, it was taken by a monument to Carl Schurz in Morningside Park, about a ten minute walk from Grant's Tomb.
This image is of a cover of an audio recording, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the album or the artist(s) which produced the recording or cover artwork in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of such covers
