Ulrike Holzner (born 18 September 1968) is a German bobsledder who competed in the bobsleigh events at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, United States. Holzner won a silver medal in the two-person bobsleigh event with teammate Sandra Prokoff.
