I'm just your average 18 year old Singaporean Joe, living in the north of Singapore. I have a wide variety of interests, from animé (especially Pokémon) to the Arts, from transportation to Jazz, and from popular culture to computing.
I'm currently volunteering to bring the MRT (Singapore) article up to the featured article standard.
If you are interested, I have a journal (blog) which I ocassionally update here: http://www.livejournal.com/users/akr9888/
I have the distinction of having created a Wikipedia article from scratch, AveDesk. It is about a software program that display widgets on your desktop, and I personally use it. I have also did my first extensive rewrite of an existing Wikipedia article, Konfabulator, which is a similar program to AveDesk (and I use that too). Both articles now carry a similar format, and the Konfabulator article now includes more information than before [1]. However, due to Wikipedia's weird habit of logging me out without my knowledge, many of my edits are not attributed to me. When this happens, look for an IP address that comes from SingTel; sometimes it could be me (although it could be somebody else).
I welcome you to scrunitise both articles closely. I will welcome anything, as long as it's constructive (yes, even harsh criticism). I hope I can hear from you, so I can better my Wikipedia editing skills in the future, as I still consider myself new to Wikipedia.
[SG] - Hi! I noticed you edited CSJ wiki, stating "Singapore's media outlets are not run by the state government." Are you sure of that??
