Anthony Peraino (1915 - September, 1996), also known as "Big Tony" because of his alleged weight of 300 pounds, was a made member of the New York based Colombo crime family who introduced the organization into the burgeoning porn business during the late 1960s and helped develop it into organized crime's biggest moneymaker after narcotics. He is best known for financing the most profitable porn film of all time — Deep Throat.
