Ardsley is a village about 3 miles east of Barnsley and forms part of the metropolitan borough of Barnsley in the metropolitan county of South Yorkshire, England, but it is in the historic West Riding of Yorkshire. The busy A635 divides the village into two parts. The Ardsley House Hotel is one of the key features of the village.
