Barker Bill's Trick Shooting is an NES shooter made by Nintendo in 1990.
It consists of 4 carnival-type game modes where you had to use a zapper to shoot various objects. The game modes consist of:
- Balloon Saloon
- Flying Saucers
- Window Panes
- Fun Follies
In the different game modes, you had to shoot objects with your zapper for points with limited ammo. You would lose points if you shot a baby, mom, etc. The game did not spawn any sequels. It has not been in any cameo appearances to this date either.
The dog from Duck Hunt makes a cameo here. He can also be shot.
[edit] Trivia
Barker Bill's Cartoon Show was the first network television weekday cartoon series, airing on CBS in 1952. The show was hosted by a stationary picture of the Barker Bill character with an off-camera announcer introducing the cartoons. The image of Barker Bill on the cover of the Nintendo game closely matches the television version.
