Basildon and Billericay will be a constituency in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It will elect one Member of Parliament (MP) using the first past the post electoral system at the United Kingdom General Election in 2009 or 2010. The seat was created following a review of the Parliamentary representation of Essex by the Boundary Commission for England

The new seat merges the existing constituencies of Basildon (UK Parliament constituency) and Billericay (UK Parliament constituency).
The electoral wards in the new constituency are:
- Billericay East, Billericay West, Bursted, Crouch, Fryerns, Laindon Park, Lee Chapel North and St Martin's.
