BeautiControl, Inc., based in the Dallas suburb of Carrollton, Texas, is an international manufacturer, party planner, and direct seller of skin care products, cosmetics, bath and body care, toiletries, fragrances, and related products. The company also has a health and beauty supplements line that includes hair and nail supplements, skin condition supplements, and nutritional supplements. The company markets its products through an independent sales force of more than 100,000 independent consultants throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada[2].

Founded in 1981 by Jinger L. and Richard W. Heath, BeautiControl was modelled after Mary Kay cosmetics.
Purchased in 2000 for $60 million, BeautiControl now is a wholly owned private subsidiary of Tupperware Brands Corporation.
Entering the international market, BeautiControl launched sales in Latin America in early 2001.
Co-founder Richard Heath retired as president and CEO from the company in 2003. His son, Rick, replaced him as president.
Chairman and co-founder Jinger Heath retired in April, 2004h.
