Ben Hazlewood

Ben Hazlewood is a 17 year old from Wellington was a contestant on Season Three of NZ Idol. He failed to make it through the top 10 by the heats, but was called back for the wildcard and winning the wildcard vote.
On October 9, he was in the bottom 2, and voted out.
Hazlewood is lead singer of the band Philharmonic, which came third in the Wellington Rock Quest, and he teaches hip-hop at a Wellington studio [1]. He currently attends Wellington High School, and was part of the Wellington High entry in to the Subway Stage Challenge 2006.
