Bryan Cave

Bryan Cave is an international law firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. Founded in 1873, as King, Phillips & Stewart, it is one of the 35 largest law firms in the world. Its partners include former US Senators Jack Danforth and Alan Dixon and former New York Mayor Ed Koch. The firm was among the first to conduct substantial business in the Middle East (1976) and has been licensed in Shanghai since the mid 1990s.
The firm also has offices in Chicago, Illinois, United States, Hong Kong (People's Republic of China), Irvine, California, United States, Jefferson City, Missouri, United States, Kansas City, Missouri, United States (the largest tenant in One Kansas City Place, Missouri's tallest building), Kuwait City, Kuwait, Leawood, Kansas, United States, London, United Kingdom, Los Angeles, California, United States, New York, New York, United States, Phoenix, Arizona, United States, Shanghai, People's Republic of China, Southern Illinois and Washington, DC, United States.
The firm increased its size substantially in when it merged with the well respected mid-size New York City firm, Robinson, Silverman,Pearce, Aronsohn & Berman July 1, 2002, thereby creating a New York office with 230 lawyers. Since that time the firm has grown to approximately 800 lawyers.
The Chairman of the firm is Don G. Lents, who resides in the St. Louis office.
