Cadillac Fairview

The Cadillac Fairview Corporation is a development corporation which is wholly owned by the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Cadillac Fairview owns, develops and manages property, mostly malls and large office and retail spaces, in Canada and the United States. Cadillac Fairview has also developed suburban housing, such as the Erin Mills, Ontario "New Town". The company was purchased by the OTPP in 1995. In 2006 it expanded its operations to Brazil. The company states that its portfolio is worth over $11 billion.
