To-do list for Calgary: |
edit · history · watch · refresh |
- There needs to be significantly more information for economy and industry. This section is sorely lacking, and once it's expanded, there should be a sub-article created. --Arch26 08:56, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
- Some of the new sub-articles such as Sports in Calgary, Festivals in Calgary, and Military in Calgary need work. --Arch26 08:56, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
- References need to be added to the new "References" section. --Arch26 08:56, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
- The "Politics" section is missing information on local politics. --Arch26 08:59, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
- In the sentence about the Chinook winds, the temperature conversion is wrong: 15 deg. C is 59 deg. F, while 25 deg. F is -3.89 deg. C. I don't know which temperature is the correct one and I will leave the verification work to somebody else! 88.147.13.92 18:08, 3 October 2006 (UTC)Ben K.

[edit] History: proposed merge and split
Please, go look at History of Alberta. It is currently pathetic. It needs help. This article's history is quite long. I propose narrowing the scope of the history section here and transferring some of the material (for example, about early exploration, oil boom, etc.) to History of Alberta. I also suggest we take as much as possible from the History sections of Edmonton, Lethbridge et all as well. If you are interested in helping please join Wikipedia:WikiProject Alberta! Thanks.
