Carlos Salazar (boxer)

Carlos Gabriel Salazar (born September 5, 1964 in Buenos Aires) is a retired boxer from Argentina, who competed in the light flyweight division (– 71 kg). He represented his native country at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California. There he was stopped in the first round by Puerto Rico's Rafael Ramos. As a professional he had 58 fights (47-3-8), from 1985 to 1998.
