Chaos Overlords

Chaos Overlords is a turn-based crime-based strategy game for the PC and MacOS. It was created by Stick Man Games and published by New World Computing. Strategic gang warfare rules the day in this futuristic game of domination. Use your mercenary gangs to run the black market, bribe the cops, expand your influence, extort money, and eliminate anybody who gets in your way.
The game has many darkly off-beat humorous touches to the overall cyberpunk feel. Examples of this can be seen in some of the gangs available for hire, such as the cross-dressing 'Nancy Boys', a group of cybernetic circus clowns called the 'Pudding Clowns', and the 'Sunshine Cult' wearing their big acid-smiley masks.
