Cira Centre is a 28-story office building in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania clad in reflective glass with a steel structure designed by César Pelli with Bower Lewis Thrower Architects as the local architects. Ground was broken in 2004 and the building was officially opened in 2005.
A skyway connects a parking garage on the north of Cira Centre with 30th Street Station to the south.
The Cira Centre is the tallest building in Philadelphia outside of Center City. It is located on the west shore of the Schuylkill River and is therefore in West Philadelphia's University City district. It lies within a Keystone Opportunity Improvement Zone and therefore can offer lessees abatements on various Pennsylvania state taxes, as well as Philadelphia city taxes.
