Connecticut's 2nd congressional district
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Connecticut District 2 has been represented in the United States House of Representatives by Rob Simmons (Republican) since 2001, and will be represented in the 109th Congress starting in 2007 by Joe Courtney (Democrat). [1] Courtney won an extremely close race involving a town-by-town recount; at one point his lead was 65 votes or less. [2]
