Cormac Ross was born in Trim County Meath, in the Republic of Ireland, in 1965. After completing his secondary education in the local CBS,he went on to study an Arts degree at University College Dublin.Like many others,he was forced to emigrate in the depressed eighties, and chose London as his destination.After completing a teaching qualification, he decided to take his talents to Colombia, where he set up Study Agency International, an English services company which now provides services to national and multinational companies in Bogotá. Cormac is also a recognised poet, and has published his collected works under the title, "Words Without Rhyme". He is now married to Adie Ramos, and has two daughters, Erin Cíara (12), and Aislinn Niamh (10). He describes his philosophy of life as;"If at first you don´t succeed, try something easier." Favourite quote:"You may as well give cherries to a pig as advice to a fool." Favourite colour:"Whatever colour my wife is wearing"......Ahhhhh......! Favourite book:"A Bullshitter´s Guide to the Galaxy". Greatest quality: "The ability to forget my mistakes." Greatest fault: "The occasional ability to forgive the mistakes of others." Greatest achievement: "Liking myself."
