After he finished his B.A. in Religion and Philosophy at Northwest University, in Kirkland, WA, Thompson decided to pursue his Masters in Theology studying 'Religion and Social Conflict' at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in the Boston, MA area.
Returning to Seattle, WA and with the death of his mother from breast cancer, Thompson spent the next five years working in politics and technology entrepreneurship in an endeavor to gain a first hand understanding of developing social governance and economics.
Thompson was fortunate to consult for a number of political campaigns in mainstream parties and is now working heavily with the Libertarian Party.
In an effort to develop a more effective manner for individuals to network their skills and needs, Thompson created myotherskills.com, a website which allows users to post their skills which are then matched with other's needs and vica versa.
Thompson began his theological writing with his first work, "The Traveler," the first in a series of allegorical presentations and arguments in Christian Theology.
