Dizzy Devil

Dizzy Devil is a fictional character on the 1990s animated television series Tiny Toon Adventures. Dizzy is voiced by Maurice LaMarche.
Dizzy is a young Tasmanian devil who wears a propellered beanie and has two different-colored eyes. He will eat anything and speaks in slobbering, monosyllabic outbursts. Dizzy also often moves by spinning like a miniature tornado, often demolishing anything in his path.
Dizzy, like the other characters in the series, attended Acme Looniversity, where his favorite teacher and mentor is Looney Tunes character Taz.
According to one episode, Dizzy has three human girlfriends, who like him because of his wild personality. Additionally, Dizzy's spare time is often spent listening to rock music, eating (pizza rolls are his favorite), and watching television. Dizzy's classmates Buster Bunny, Plucky Duck, and Hamton J. Pig once attempted to civilize Dizzy in order to improve his existence and interests, and it worked---but Dizzy was unhappy and begged to become his old self again (a task Buster, Plucky and Hamton accomplished).
Dizzy Devil's IQ is between that of the Dopefish and a chicken leg.
In other episodes, Dizzy learned it wasn't nice to step on insects, became Elmyra Duff's pet for an unfortunate period (she thought he was a dog), had a brief fling with a small tornado, and was discovered by Buster and Babs Bunny to be illiterate (though most younger fans of the show would not know this, since the episode it was in was banned.)
In homage to Porky Pig's classic line "Th-th-th-th-that's all, folks!", each episode of Tiny Toon Adventures concluded with one or more of the characters speaking a line. Dizzy's end tag credit was "Show over!", followed by Dizzy devouring the entire image on the screen.
