Dubai Men's College (DBM) is one of 12 colleges that constitute the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), the largest institution of higher learning in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The college offers programs in Business, Information Technology, Communication Technology and Engineering and awards Diploma, Higher Diploma and Bachelors degrees. More than 3000 students have graduated from the college and it currently enrolls approximately 2000 students and employs some 200 faculty and staff. The new campus is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and a wide range of sports, educational and recreational facilities.

Dubai Men's College was opened in 1989 as part of the Higher Colleges of Technology. The college is committed to providing a high quality, career-oriented education for UAE Nationals in a dynamic and positive atmosphere that encourages creative and constructive thought.
Currently there are more than 2000 enrolled students. The number of HCT graduates has dramatically increased from 64 in 1992 to 4375 in 2005. As for DMC the number of graduates increased from 21 in 1993 to 532 in 2005. To date DMC has awarded around 3300 graduation credentials. Many of those graduates has received more than one credential and they are employed and participating in the national workforce of the country.
Dubai Men's College offers more than 35 programs in different fields. Each program lasts between three to four years which leads to Diplomas and Higher Diplomas in the schools of Communication Technology, Engineering, Business and Information Technology. There is also Bachelor in Applied Science degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering Management, Construction Engineering and Communication Technology. These programs are geared to the needs of local business and industry and are benchmarked against international standards.
Program relevance is maintained with the participation of the Employer Advisory Committees for each program in the college. They meet twice a year to discuss the material of programs and needs of the industry in order to be incorporated in the program. The colleges are also developing affiliations with the tertiary educational institutions and validating bodies in other countries in order to maintain international program standards and to facilitate the transfer of HCT graduates to programs of advanced study abroad.

The Business Programs at Dubai Men's College include a Diploma, Higher Diploma, and a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree enabling graduates to meet the professional requirements of a bilingual business environment. Students develop life-long learning skills leading to a variety of business and management careers in local and international organizations within the UAE.
The Bachelor of Applied Science Degree programs are accredited internationally by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) in the USA.
The Communication Technology (Comm Tech) Programs provide students with a full range of practical and theoretical media studies courses. Graduates of this program are normally employable as media generalists. Students in the Comm Tech programs acquire knowledge and skills in Digital Media Production, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Portfolio Development, Project Management, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Planning and Organization.
The Engineering Programs cover four areas of specialization offering Diplomas, Higher Diplomas and Bachelor of Applied Science Degrees in these areas. Engineering programs include:
