EDUCANG

EDUCANG Limited is an initiative of the Anglican Church of Australia and the Uniting Church in Australia.
The name of the company reflects a partnership in independent schooling. The word EDUCANG is composed of:-
- ED from education,
- UC from the Uniting Church in Australia, and
- ANG from the Anglican Church of Australia.
Directors of the Board are volunteers who are drawn exclusively from the two auspicing churches.
EDUCANG owns and operates several colleges in south-east Queensland:-
- Forest Lake College,
- Mary McConnel School,
- The FLC International Centre, and
- The Lakes College, and
- The Springfield College.
The Board claims that this arrangement offers economies of scale which permit low college fees.
