Efren Ramirez

Efren Ramirez (born October 2, 1973[1] in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor. Ramirez is of Salvadorian and Mexican descent, and is best known for his role of Pedro Sanchez in the 2004 film Napoleon Dynamite
Ramirez has subsequently starred in a number of films, including Employee of the Month with Dane Cook, Jessica Simpson, and Dax Shepard, Crank with Jason Statham, Searching for Mickey Fish with Daniel Baldwin, All You've Got with Ciara, and HBO's Walkout and made cameos in Nacho Libre and Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
Ramirez is currently involved in the filming the remake of the 1984 comedy film Revenge of the Nerds. He is playing Santiago who comes from a Gypsy family from Spain and loves magic.
Soon after the success of Napoleon Dynamite, the music group G. Love and Special Sauce asked Efren to appear in their music video "Booty Call". He also played Ashlee Simpson's boyfriend in the music video for her 2005 song "Boyfriend".
Efren Ramirez is also a touring DJ. He has performed in over 50 cities across the world and spins everything from Hip Hop music all the way to his favorite type of music: Hard House.
He co-founded Powerhouse Pictures Entertainment, LLC with Chris Barrett, and is producing a documentary entitled "After School".

- With his earnings from Napoleon Dynamite he bought his parents a house.
- Has two brothers, one of whom is his twin.
- His mother put him in theatre classes in elementary school, and he continued with it at his all boys high school in order to meet the girls at the all girls school.
- His identical twin brother is named Carlos and is a dance instructor in Nashville, Tennessee and is also highly involved in the EDM Scene. How can you tell them apart? Carlos had blonde hair.
- He was married to Buffy the Vampire Slayer actress Iyari Limón before their matrimony was annulled.[2]
