Herman Jay Cohen

Herman Jay Cohen (born in 1932) was the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs from 1989 until 1993.[1] He formerly served as Ambassador to Senegal. After completing his term as Assistant Secretary, he worked for the World Bank.
