Hurricane Dean

The name Dean has been used for four tropical cyclones in the Atlantic Ocean.
- 1983's Tropical Storm Dean - struck the coast of Virginia, causing minor erosion and flooding.
- 1989's Hurricane Dean - passed over Bermuda, causing $10 million in damage and 16 injuries.
- 1995's Tropical Storm Dean - caused significant flooding damage to Chambers County, Texas but no injuries or deaths.
- 2001's Tropical Storm Dean - caused $7.7 million in damage to Puerto Rico and minimal damage to the U.S. Virgin Islands.
