Ioannis Amanatidis (Greek: Γιάννης Αμανατίδης) (born 3 December 1981 in Kozani) is a Greek Football player.
Amanatidis came as a 9 year old with his three siblings to Germany to Swabian Stuttgart where he joined SC Stuttgart. Two years later he went to VfB Stuttgart academy.
In 2002 he started his Bundesliga career. He was transferred to Eintracht Frankfurt within the 2003/04 season because he could not get a regular spot. Although he scored six times he could not avoid the relegation of the eagles. After a season with 1. FC Kaiserslautern the striker came back to the re-promoted Eintracht from Frankfurt. He netted 12 league goals, coming to the top ten of the league.
In November 2002 he earned his first cap for the Greece national football team against Ireland, in total earning 10 caps as of October 2006.
