KDRV channel 12 is an ABC television affiliate based in Medford, Oregon. The station is located near Rogue Valley International Airport in north Medford. The station signed on the air in September of 1984 five years after its original ownership, Sunshine Television, was founded in 1979.
It is owned by Chambers Communications, who also owns Eugene's KEZI, and operated by Soda Mountain Broadcasting, Inc.
KDRV's programming can also be seen in Klamath Falls, Oregon on KDKF channel 31.
NewsWatch 12 airs at 5:30am, 5:00pm and 11:00pm every weekday. The newscast recently received an Emmy Award.
KDRV's logo looks similar to the logo used by Lima, Ohio's WLQP-LP, which is also an ABC affiliate.
